Inner peace is everything ❤️


As your mental health is more important than anything, as it should be your priority and it is necessary to keep it healthy, we should be aware of ways that are so helpful keep our inner peace, undisturbed. Not only disconnecting of unnecessary people,  but also, steering clear of things that appears to be bothering your mind is a better way to protect your inner peace. 

If the people around you, always try to look you down upon or always find faults with what you do,though you are doing right thing, the sole thing we should do is to give them a smile and remain silent. Coz it is okay to do right things that others dont understand. 

If people are trying to make you irritate or make you worry, by remembering the your previous status or previous childish faults, not to make you laugh and make you happy, but to embarass you, just out of envy, the best way to ignore them is to just smile and remain silent. 

If people that you rarely speak or hardly see and people who were blind and deaf at your victories and achievement and whenever you succeed, try to get you triggered by many little things, coming out of nowhere, the best way to avoid them is not  to talk with them. Coz their one and only intention is to make you dishearten and dampen your spirits. Just in hope of discouraging you, those people try hard to get you triggered, by every possible way. They wont  give up the chance to infuriate you even by the slightest things. 

It is important to know avoid these types of people in order to your inner peace. It is stupid to waste your words on times that doesnt make any sense. It is easier to take no notice of these, than allowing needless situations to destroy our inner peace that leads the way to weak mental health. As peace its own reward and it doesnt come outwardly but within, it is important to seek peace within ourselves. It's true, we all have our own battles, but in order to maintain a better mental health, one should always be selective with his battles. Learning to ignore things is not just a goos habbit, but it itself is a bless. To boost your mental health, it is very important to shrug off irrelevant things. And being able to sense the inconsequential things itself is a good sign of a better and imbalanced mental health.
